New websites · Redesigns · Responsive builds · Advanced functionality · Managed care

Start Focused

A focused site for one main offer.

A one-page site can still explain the business, show the offer, answer common questions and give customers a clear next step.

Good fit for:

  • New businesses getting online
  • Simple service offers
  • Campaign or launch pages
  • Businesses with one focused customer journey
  • Companies that want a professional starting point before expanding

1-page website: $499 CAD

A one-page build may still include sections such as Hero, Services, About, Process, FAQ, Contact and calls to action. If they live on one route, they still count as one page.

Build More Depth

Give important information its own page when it needs one.

Separate pages can make a site easier to scan, easier to navigate and easier for customers to act on.

Potential page types:

  • Home
  • Services
  • Individual service pages
  • Pricing
  • About
  • FAQ
  • Gallery
  • Contact
  • Process
  • Portfolio
  • Location pages
  • Other business-specific information

Fixed page-count pricing runs from 1 through 15 pages. Projects with 16+ pages are custom scoped.

The goal is not more pages. It's the right information architecture.

Already Have a Website?

Keep what's useful. Replace what is holding the site back.

A redesign doesn't have to mean starting from zero. Leafline can review the current site, preserve what still works and rebuild the parts that no longer serve the business.

Common reasons to redesign:

  • Outdated visual design
  • Weak mobile experience
  • Confusing navigation
  • Poor hierarchy
  • Inconsistent branding
  • Important information that's hard to find
  • Weak calls to action
  • Pages that no longer match the business

A redesign is priced around the new website's pages, functionality, content requirements and complexity—not simply the page count of the old site.

Every Screen Matters

Mobile isn't an extra.

Standard Leafline builds include responsive desktop, tablet and mobile implementation.

That doesn't mean shrinking the desktop layout until it fits. Navigation may simplify. Columns may stack. Images may move. Buttons and spacing may change. The content hierarchy can adapt too.

The goal is simple: the website should make sense on the device somebody is actually using.

Responsive implementation is included in the standard build price.

Give Visitors a Next Step

A business website should make it easy to get in touch.

Leafline can include straightforward contact or inquiry forms within the approved project scope.

Typical basic fields:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Company
  • Subject
  • Message
  • Simple dropdowns
  • Consent checkboxes

More advanced form requirements may need separate scoping, including multi-step flows, conditional logic, file-heavy submissions, workflow routing, database writes and custom calculations.

A Clean Search Foundation

Build the site so search engines can understand it.

Standard Leafline websites include basic on-page and technical SEO implementation where applicable.

This may include:

  • Page titles
  • Meta descriptions
  • Heading hierarchy
  • Descriptive URLs
  • Internal linking
  • Image alt text where appropriate
  • Indexability setup
  • Sitemap configuration where supported
  • Basic social sharing metadata

This is SEO implementation, not an ongoing SEO campaign.

Leafline does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads or specific search positions.

Comprehensive keyword research, content strategy, ongoing optimization, link building and campaign-based SEO require separate scope if offered.

When the Website Needs to Do More

Some websites are systems, not just pages.

When a project needs accounts, transactions, structured data or outside integrations, Leafline scopes that work separately from standard page pricing.

Ecommerce

Product catalogues, checkout, payments, subscriptions and related commerce functionality.

Booking Systems

Appointments, staff schedules, location availability, resources and more advanced booking workflows.

Memberships & Client Portals

Logins, gated content, customer accounts, dashboards and private areas.

CMS & Content Collections

Blogs, portfolios, directories, team profiles, news, projects and other structured content.

Dynamic CMS records are not automatically priced as ordinary standalone pages.

Databases

Structured data, searchable records and custom database-driven functionality.

Integrations

Connections to CRMs, email platforms, business software, APIs, payment systems and other external services.

Advanced Forms & Interactive Tools

Conditional forms, multi-stage workflows, uploads, quote tools and custom calculations.

Advanced functionality is reviewed during scoping so the build price and ongoing care reflect what Leafline is actually responsible for.

After the Build

Keep the site hosted, maintained and supported.

Leafline-managed websites continue with Managed Hosting & Care after launch.

Standard care starts at $55 CAD/month. The final amount depends on the finished project and the site's ongoing complexity.

Care may include:

  • Managed hosting
  • Investigation of ordinary site failures
  • Maintenance of approved Leafline functionality
  • Platform/configuration upkeep where applicable
  • Support for existing forms and integrations within scope
  • Reasonable backup/restore administration where supported
  • Ordinary hosting-related incident response

Not automatically included:

  • New pages
  • Major redesigns
  • New systems or integrations
  • Ongoing content production
  • Unlimited development work

Domains, payment processing, premium services and unusually high infrastructure usage may remain separate where applicable.

Where Standard Pricing Stops

Some requirements need their own scope.

The page-pricing ladder covers normal website design and implementation. Work that adds substantial technical complexity, operating responsibility or third-party dependency is scoped separately.

Common examples:

  • Ecommerce systems
  • Booking systems
  • Memberships and portals
  • Databases
  • Advanced CMS systems
  • Custom integrations
  • Advanced forms and calculators
  • Large content migrations
  • Ongoing content management
  • Specialized SEO campaigns
  • Premium third-party software
  • Unusually high infrastructure usage
  • Rush delivery

Those requirements should be identified before approval—not discovered as vague fees halfway through the build.

Build for Today. Expand Tomorrow.

Your first version doesn't have to solve every future problem.

A business can start with a focused site and add more when the need is real.

Today: One page that explains the business.

Later: Separate service pages.

After that: Booking, ecommerce, structured content, memberships or other functionality.

Paid expansions become part of the website's recognized project value. If they also create more ongoing maintenance responsibility, Managed Hosting & Care may be recalculated.

Build the next thing because the business needs it—not because the original package forced it in.

Not Sure Which Service Fits?

Describe the outcome. We'll work out the technical shape.

You don't need to decide whether you need a CMS, database, integration or five-page sitemap before you get in touch.

Tell Leafline about the business, the customer and what the website needs to do.
